    Woooooooooo lost another 1.5lbs tonight! 4lbs off my 2.5 stone award which I hope to get by the time I go to Ireland on 12th July! :j

    Noticed my consultant had won an award at the SW Oscars the other week too!

    Looking forward to my red day tomorrow - sausage,bacon & egg for brekkie, steak sarnie for lunch and seafood omlette for din!

    Hi All

    I can't do it!! I am disgusted with myself as I can't stop myself putting junk into my mouth...my trs are all starting to feel tight again and I feel gunky inside (iykwim). But the more I eat the worse I feel, the worse I feel the more I eat. TBH i just feel like crying at the moment.
    I have an interview tom which I am obviously a bit stressed about, but this has been going on for a few weeks now. I really need some motivation to get started again, I am still about 3st overweight, although if I lost 2st I would be happy.

    I don't know how to make myself do this??

    had my first weigh in today and lost 2.5lbs!!!! i am really pleased with the result, just hope i can keep it up. :) well done to everyone on their weight loss!!

    Hi all,

    I am new to this thread, so hope you don't mind me posting!!
    I joined SW on monday as my friend asked me to join her group.

    Started yesterday and today as red days, but can't seem to fathom it all out just yet!! And i have a family to feed, so i am also looking for some great family cooking meals or suggestions.

    Think i may try a green day tommorow as it looks like i can manage that a bit better.

    Have had at least 10 syns a day so far, if not more!! does it take a while to work it all out??
    My consultant said to phone her with any questions, which i may do tommorow.

    Well done everyone! I lost 5 pounds this week and won slimmer of the week.
    I was really surprised I only expected a loss of about a pound. But it means I got my stone award tonight was well.
    The only thing I could say I've done differently this week is to try and eat a lot of Superspeed foods. It didn't half work! :j:j:j

    This sounds so familiar to me. I do exactly this as well sometimes. Mel, only you can change this and you can change it. Just start by making a good choice instead of a bad one (have some strawberries or something healthy that you know you love instead of something junky). Stop for a moment and feel proud that you did that and then do it again. You'll soon swing it round. Keep posting on here, it's great support and encouragement!
