TractorGirl - that is incredible!!! Well done you!!:j
I did post to you yesterday - come on, do tell, are you taking loads of exercise? Any tips MUCH appreciated. I've lost 1 st 3.5 lbs in about the same time as you. You are STORMING!!:T

I might be losing more, but I've probably got twice as much to lose as you though!! I was over 19 stone when I started   . Aiming to lose 4 stone to start with, and then another 2.

I go swimming on Monday evenings and do 40 lengths but apart from that, the only exercise I get is running around after the children - age 7 and 4!!

Not really any tips apart from stick to the plan and don't cheat!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

hi trisha , I know where your coming from . Ive been on steroids for 5yrs and piled on 6st. They are not the best medication to be taking, but essential for certain condtions. I was on 60mg to begin with and finally after 5yrs im down to 2mg and hoping to be off them completely by xmas. They gave me an enormous appetite and i would eat food that i didnt even like. Now i eat less than my 14yr old. the only thing i can suggest is to fill up on as much free food as possible. Use all your HE's both A'S and B's. I tend to stick to red days with the occasional green one thrown in for variety.. Plan is one of the key things and like peachy said drink loads of water.
your not alone and good luck

thanks for the tips flossey. and no they arent the best meds to be on, but cant seem to do without them, and will probably be on them long term now :( i wish there was an alternative medication which does the same job without the horrible side effects (ie, moon face)

    thanks again :)

I think most of the Old Stylers were watching dispatches - the truth about the price of food. I'm going to watch the triplet thing on ITV now.

Thanks Tractor Girl .... I'm sticking to it like yourself and feeling good and never hungry TBH.:D Am making some lovely meals and putting lots of thought into them. Just been out for a 6 mile bike ride and I did 10 yesterday.

I would be happy to lose another 2 stones I guess but if I looked at a chart it would probably say I should be even less than that! Even though I am overweight I am (according to my friends) in proportion - I don't have any enormously fat areas, say huge legs or big backside. Just generally fat all over!;)

Just off to watch a prog about cheap clothes at Primark and child labour.
