hi, can anyone tell me if its possible to have 2 same healthy extras? for instance, for HEB, i normally have 2 small brown bread and cereal. but today i just had four slices of brown bread. is that ok?

    thanks in advance :)

That should be fine, you can use your HEB's as you please, they do say to try and vary them so that your body doesnt get used to the same things. saying that i clways have cheese as my 'a' choice as i can't stand milk

    chocolatey cravings...
I've discovered the alpen light bars and they do a chocolate & orange flavour. 2 of them is the same as one Healthy Extra B choice - so we're allowed 4 bars a day assuming we don't eat any other HEBs. Also a chomp bar is 5 sins. So I've been eating 4 of those bars + 2 chomp bars and the rest of my day I've been having free food.
Not cheap tho - those alpen lights are quite dear...
