    Hi everybody:hello:
I'm back at last. My OH is home and recovering from his 5-hour op:eek: I've had my hands full looking after him and Ruby and working so I haven't had time to catch up yet, but hope you are all ok.

My weight has crept up:rolleyes: so I must stop the rot before I put the whole stone back on. I try hard to be good but sometimes life just gets in the way. Back on the straight and narrow for me tomorrow.

I've really missed you lot:D xxxx
welcome back mate , miss you lots , well have to run off on hols see you all when i get back , peachy x

just had for lunch cheese (HEA-half fat cheese) on ww toast (HEB) with quorn bacon, tinned tomatoes and mushrooms- was yummy and now i'm full up!

Just been on a 10 mile bike ride after a nice, healthy lunch. :j It is SO windy that it felt more like 20 miles!!

For lunch I cooked a gammon joint with baby new potatoes cooked in their skins, mashed swede with spring onions, black pepper & fromage frais. I also did carrots and savoy cabbage. Then we had strawberries with very low fat Creme Fraiche. I had a Pimms with fresh mint and strawberries topped up with lemonade and it was worth every syn involved!!

I am now going to sit outside and read the sunday papers and RELAX with a cup of tea;)

Hope you are all having a good day.
