    No but I might!

Off for a chinese tonight  as its an engagement do for a colleague of my OH's. Dreading it, but no wine as I'll offer to drive. Then out tomorrow and Sunday at OH's dads so not looking good this week all in! :(

    Catt xx

Chinese isn't too bad, you can eat loads of noodles or rice and maybe some veg as well - even if you have a bit of the meat dishes it won't be a disaster.

    Have a fab night!

    TG xx

Does anyone know if anywhere has decent offers on Muller Lights? Everywhere seems to be 4 for £2 which isn't that great a deal.

Also have you seen the new "Snack Pot" size Muller lights? I mean .... WHY??? They're free, so why on earth would we want to buy a smaller size?

I'm a very happy TG today. 3 months ago, I was wearing size 24 and veering closely towards size 26. This morning I'm wearing size 20 jeans and strappy top and I looked in the mirror and thought "Yes, I look GOOD!!"

I'm off on hols in 5 weeks and I'd love to be in an 18 by then. I'm determined so hopefully it will happen.

I'm trying Success Express all weekend (my fridge is full of different sorts of lettuce & tomato etc :):):) ), 'cos I want to reach my 30lb loss by WI on Monday morning!

    Hi

I know I keep popping in, saying I am back on the plan, but this time I really am. I have put on 4lb and can see myself graually creeping up more and more!!

So today I have had scrambled egg and beans, and a banana. I have dusted off the excercise bike and am going to get on that in a bit, starting off with just a 10-15 min cycle every other day and will build up gradually again. Earlier this year I could do 30-40 mins no probs on a hard resistance setting so I'm hoping it won't take too long to build up again.
Anyway enough of my rambling, I have got a quick question for you. Does anybody know the syn value for popcorn???...it is by Fudco, and is a bag of corn that you pop yourself in a pan!

    Thanks Melx

p.s could someone please pm me the password? thanks.

Yes, you'd just be having a red day. So you can eat as much lean meat as you like durung the day (and fish as well I think ... I don't eat fish at all so I'm not 100% sure). Don't forget your healthy extras as well!

I should think so trishaa - it just mean you're having a red day. (Which then means you can add meat to your other meals too if you want!) But don't forget to have you're Healthy extras - they are there for a reason!
