  • Just watching the triplet thing myself, recorded. Should really be ordering my shopping from Tesco for tomorrow!

I have lost 1lb this week which keeps me within my target range, 1/2lb above my official target. I've been quite lucky to lose this week. I was on a bit of a binge on Thursday. I ate loads of Lemon Sorbet! I'm aiming to maintain or lose 1/2 lb this week, preferably by eating sensibly all week, not eating rubbish for 4 days and eating the bare minimum for the other three!

Me and my friend are thinking of defecting to a different consultant next week. She has been looking after us for the last few weeks while our normal one was off sick and we think she's much better! I know you can weigh in at a different class for an odd week but am I right in thinking you can just change class without having to pay the joining fee again? I am at target so it doesn't matter but my friend isn't yet.

Oooh - someone else who may defect - I did this and it was such a *relief*. I find my new consultant motivating and interested.

There was/is no problem in moving - you just appear at the new class and show your book, they make a new sheet for you and off you go :) Out of courtesy I emailed my old consultant, but I don't even think you have to.
  • Have to share with you all my yummy tea tonight. I am finding that RED days are suiting us better at the moment, so I fancied gammon and chips

Bought a gammon joint and sliced it at home, making 7 small steaks for the same price as I would normally pay for 4 small precut ones :money: .

Turned 227g potato (skin on - HeB) into crinkle cut slimming world chips - yum yum - supercrunchy :j .

Boiled 80g garden peas (HeB and Speedy too)

Roasted some cherry toms and layed a fried egg over the top!!:D

sooo.... gammon, crinkle cut chips, peas, fried egg and roasted toms :T Call this a diet!!!!!!

It is weigh in tomorrow night - first for a fortnight. Lets hope that I have lost more than 0.5lb and I will get my first shiny sticker!!

is it possible to lose weight without te support of a group i lost all my excess weight a few years ago and since then have regained it plus. Tried rejoining on numerous occasions but have not managed to get myself back to a weight losing mind set. So i know all about the diet. iIweighed myself this am and i am going to start dieting today so the question is do i join a group or do i go it alone with online support. Your views would be much appreciated.:T

    Hi Steww

There are plenty of people on this forum who do not go to a group and who do go it alone. Instead of getting support from a SW group, everyone on here is very helpful and supportive. The comments are always motivating and you would never feel alone on this diet (oops i mean 'eating plan!'). There are always plenty of recipies posted and a variety of people who can help you

    Hope this helps
