Slimming World Support Thread

well to cut a long story short someone on some serious moneysaving, stole my bag from my car............this contained my purse mobile digital camera usual womans bag contents and My Slimming world book.......aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhh, this was the old book and am at a loss without it now, does anyone know where i may pick one up, other than joining a class (not very moneysavin) it seems some people on ebay are selling these but prices can be a bit much

Sadie - they are fetching loads on Ebay!! Why don't you just re-join, it's not that expensive ... about a fiver isn't it now? Sometimes you see them in charity shops but you can bet when you want one, there are none about.:rolleyes:

Well I had my 11th weeks weigh in last night and I'd managed to lose another 2 1/2lbs which pushed my loss up to 2st 2lbs.I preferred the way my consultant described it though, 30lbs which is the same as 60 packs of butter:eek:. That should keep me motivated for a while, I still haven't gone down a dress size though Which I find rather odd but my clothes are more roomy, if you see what I mean! Anyway thanks to everyone on here as I'm sure it's contributing to my success. Keep at it everyone :T

Hello All,

Well I lost 1/2 lb this week, which I think is good, we were away ovver the weekend in London, over indulgence just a little bit. But then I ended up in hospital on monday had to have a operation, so not been up to much this week, eating or cooking healthy wise.

Could someone pm the password for this week please as I didn't stay for class.

Sorry to hear that, Sadie:grouphug:. There are some nasty greedy people around who are not prepared to work for their money:mad:. You can get a directory by ringing SW. They ask what class you belong to, so lie and tell them the name of one near you. When I got mine they were about £6.95 I think, and I've not been near a class;)
