    Hi Trishaa,
As far as I am aware roast chicken with the skin removed is free. This is how I make a chicken salad since I joined SW and it's worked for me so far :j. I'll just double check for you........
According to my Low syn snack book Chicken Wings and Drumsticks are free with skin removed so I reckon it would apply to the rest of the chicken as well :D

Just back from WI and lost 2.5 lbs. Total now 1 st 6 lbs:j :j

I had to visit our surgery this week and a nurse said "you are looking really good. What HAVE you been up to?" Well, I wanted to say something like "I've taken a young lover and I've had a facelift and tummy tuck" :rotfl: just to see her expression ........ but I told the truth - lost over a stone and doing loads of exercise and have changed my way of eating completely.

I have NEVER, ever been complimented at our surgery - they're usually telling me to give something up or telling me off!

Can anybody explain how I update my progress on the SW site. I just cannot do it tonight. Logged in etc but can't seem to update weight loss.

Earlier I filled a carrier bag with tins to the total weight of 17 lbs (which I have lost so far) it was so heavy I could hardly lift it. How I ever carried that around every day, I will never know.

I need to lose at least another stone but that really brought it home to me, so if you are feeling a bit demotivated, just fill a carrier with your weight loss and then imagine carrying it around.
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D

    Hi everyone

Thank you for all your kind words.

I have managed much better today, not perfect, but better. I am pleased with muself anyway.

Had no brekkie (naughty) snacked on an alpen light mid morning.
Had cheese salad for lunch with a bowl of banana and muller
Egg on toast for dinner. (not feeling very hungry)

I did have some naughty food - packet of crisps, 3 custard cream biccies, and cheese on crackers...I haven't synned it all but it would probably come in at under 15. And the cheese and crackers didn't go much over a healthy A and a healthy B portion size (not much anyway)

I will try my best tom, but we out all day at a uni open day so not sure how I will do yet.

    Mel x

Any advice yet please on how I can update my weight loss on the SW site - I just cannot do it this time!

    Thanks.

Just thought I'd put this little quote up from our SW group:

I CAN EAT WHAT I WANT, WHEN I WANT ........ OR I CAN BE SLIM!!;) ;)

I rather like that. It was in a SW mag which our leader had.
