1½ off last night and *fanfare*

    SLIMMER OF THE WEEK!! :j

I am really pleased. Our leader's set us a good challenge, which I'm going to join in on. 5 speed foods a day! Luckily I've been doing that anyway, but as I've not got any special occasions or outings planned this weekend, I should be able to stay on track, well within syn limits and might even manage to fit in a bit of exercise!

Hope everyone else is doing well? (Apart from if you're poorly *hugs*)

Right. Off to eat a boiled egg! LOL!

    Hellie :D

well done hellie. thats great hope the boiled egg was nice lol

    Hi everyone

I have been on the slimming world wagon for 8 weeks and so far my weight loss is 3.5 lbs :-(
I have about 2.5 stones to go.....

My main problem is that I cant eat all my he A's.
I dont like milk and not a huge cheese fan.

Will this affect my weight loss? I have lots of low fat natural yogurt and fromage frais every day with fruit so I am getting lots of calcium.

    Has anyone got any ideas?

    thanks

hi fluffi i dont have any probs eating anything. all my a's and b's everyday of the week.. the only thing i can suggest is to try and use them up in recipies. that way you will get all the benefits off them.
    good luck

As far as I know crisp n dry isn't free - only fry light and a HEb of olive oil. I can't find it on the website though - someone with a food directory might find it!

OKAAAAAAAYYYY - complaint number 2!was still hungry so thought i'd try another packet as never normally buy them but thought i'd give them a go.had to clean my microwave TWICE as the liquid spilled everywhere.it said to put liquid in bowl or jug, cover lossely then follow appropriate microwave timings, which i did.there is NO sauce in my pasta 'n' sauce, only pasta, which i could have cooked on the hob in the same time with none of the mess or additives!sorry but why are these things called 'convenience foods' when they really are NOT either?!?
oh kelly you do make me laugh. But i know where your coming from with these convenience foods. i hate them ,always have fresh food and make most things from scratch. Then again i do have a lot of time on my hands and i know that if your working, especially full time it can be difficult.
    thanks for the chuckle
