sorry TG - just realised my 2nd rant wasn't very clear.hope the last post cleared things up?i had 2 different packets of stuff.1 mugshot and 1 tesco pasta and sauce thing.i'm afraid they both tasted (and smelled) like chewy old socks to me.still,i love marmite, and i know the effect that has on some people!!!!:T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T
:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p
Was 11 st 5,now 10 st 7,would like to be....9 stone0 -
I always cook pasta n sauce on the hob and its always fine. I LURVE the sweet n sour mugshot - its the best of the (free) lot - the chow mein is awful!! I like the cheesy sauce one but its not free :rolleyes:0

oh dear, looks like i've had the best one first!i've still got some pasta n sauces left, and some savoury rice, hope i like those better.will make them on the hob from now on,though like i said before,if you have to boil the kettle, get your pans out and time the pasta then you may as well just make your own for less money and more taste?!:T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T

lol....sorry kelly but had to laugh at your mugshots/pasta stories!!!
TBH I steer clear of stuff like that if poss. I'd just rather have something fresh without all the added/dried stuff. But then I'm a fussy git like that!
If it works for you though, go for it! (not you Kelly, sounds like it's just disaster for you!!!:p)0 -
Hi all, may I please join? Havn't had time to read all the posts but you all sound so supportive. Tried WW but gave up after 3 weeks because of all the weighing etc. Been doing SW on my own for a week but refusing to weigh myself as I get depressed if I havn't lost weight or if I have gained. I measure by a pair of jeans getting looser or tighter.:j0
