Warmest wishes to all of you struggling with negative thoughts, we've all been there. The thing to hang on to is that it is just a temporary phase, you'll feel more positive soon. Just grit your teeth and get through it - like this!:D
I have been trying to 'trust the plan' today, that is, I have been having the things I wanted, like a bit of spread on my toast, and writing the syns down. I'm usually quite bad at things like that, either going without or having it but ignoring the syns altogether! Also, I decided to have a curly wurly as a treat this evening, so I wrote that down first thing this morning so I could be sure I had enough syns left. I really like to plan a treat, that was the good thing about Fast Forward, little treats were included and I looked forward to them all day. Knowing I am going to have something nice later helps me to be good during the day. I could do with aiming to lose a little bit this week so I am following the plan as best I can, but I think I will use my 15 syns each day. Somehow I've had the attitude that it's better to have zero syns, but as has been said on here so many times, no its not!0 -

It's good just reading how so many of us struggle from time to time.
I've lost a stone now and am normally really enthusiastic about all this. I went away last week and followed the food optimisingplan and did LOADS of exercise. I never weigh myself at home and was away for last WI on Thurs but I'm assuming I did OK.
I woke up yesterday sniffling and today have the most awful cold, earache and tight chest. AND I ache all over. So from being very positive I feel down in the dumps today and I want nice comfort foods. Of course I'm not having them, but I WANT them! I'm off to bed with an Options Hot Chocolate now!0 -
PLEASE could someone PM me this weeks password?
Thankyou!!0 -

Confession time, last night I had a chilli (not a slimming one), followed by treacle sponge pudding and custard, and it was luvverely
Oh well, back on the straight and narrow today.
Work, so probably pasta for lunch (was going to have salad, but it's too cold)
and smoked fish and veg for dinner.
Have a great day everyone xYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0
