BUT - I feel like i've lost and i look like i've lost so i don't know what to put on my signature now?!?the thing is,if i go to boots to get weighed, like peachy, then my clothes will be added on but i always weigh myself nekkid.maybe i should weigh my clothes and shoes before i go and deduct them from the total....:D
:rotfl:
Well I usually to WI straight from work, so usually have the similar clothes on each week. Last week I was going from home, and I weighed my work shirt and the t shirt I planned to wear to see if they were similar weights! They were, so happy days I wore my Hibby shirt. Perhaps I'm taking it a bit to seriously?:D0 -

I joined SW last Tuesday and will be having my 1st weigh in tomorrow.
Glad I have found this thread – it’s a great way to get ideas
I have found that I sometimes find lunches to bring to work a bit difficult on a red day. I don’t like brown bread only white so tend to use my healthy extras on cereal or something like that to get my fibre instead so sandwiches are kind of out of the question.
Any suggestions for packed lunches on a red day?
I tend to do mostly red days and at work I have a small fridge and that's it. I tend to take in a salad with something a bit different in it everyday, so vary between Roast Chicken, Ham, Cottage Cheese, Egg, Tuna, Mackerel, Prawn . I also vary what I use to make up the salad So sometimes raw spinach instead of lettuce, Sliced Tom or Cherry Tom. Chuck in Radishes, Spring onions or whatever. I'm trying to vary it a little so I don't get to bored. I've only been doing it for a few weeks so perhaps the novelty factor hasn't worn off yet! I also take a couple pieces of fruit and sometimes a Mullerlight. I also keep a stash of Hifi Bars at work as well, just in case I get caught out. I'm lucky in that the coffee shop next to give me hot water whenever I need it so I don't need to bother with a Flask. I hope that helps a bit0 -

Hi Everyone, well done on your losses!
Last week I did Fast Forward and lost 6.5 lbs and got to 1/2 lb below target so everyone was wondering if it would all go back on again this week! My consultant told me I would have to Food Optimise 100% this week but I haven't. I went camping at the weekend and had chips! I suppose I have been good 3 days and had four days when I've had a lot of syns. Anyway, I have just been to WI and have gained 2 lbs, so I am 1.5 lbs above target, which is fine. Also, I ate my tea before I went to WI tonight, which I wouldn't normally have done if I was trying to lose, so I don't think that was too bad. Certainly I haven't piled the weight back on due to losing it too quickly.
Does anyone have any good tips on maintaining? That is my challenge now, and this week I know I haven't settled in to it. I really want to get into a healthy pattern now that will stabilise my weight for the future.0 -

My goodness, what a great couple of pages - fantastic losses and nothing but positives - well done everyone - it's really uplifting reading:beer: .
I weighed myself today, just half a pound off but going in the right direction. I'm moving house in a couple of weeks and eating our way through the cupboards - as you can guess we are having some wierd and wonderful (and not always SW) concoctions. At least when I re-stock in our new place I can get in a load of free and low sin stuff (no more Pataks cook in sauces or poppadoms!!@!
