Morgan Spice sounds exotic StudentSynner - is it a bit like Southern Comfort? That was my drink when younger (ie before I found a taste for wine), SC and diet coke....0

i think planning is the keyword. plan ,stick with it and you will be fine on your next weigh in. good luckangie_loves_veg wrote: »It would appear that my one nighht 'off' at the weekend (cocktails, obscene amount of wine, delicious restaurant meal hit more than the pocket..... I think I have quite a few lbs to pay for....
One thing is that I cannot make class this week (it will be my first missed class) as mum and dad are flying in from Spain, so I want to have a good loss by next week - gives me a few more days, but I am going to have to work hard to maintain the type of weekly loss I had last week (2lb).....
so, back with purpose, today is RED, not quite sure of the menu plan yet (I will get to the shops this morning, before lunch), but I do know that tea will involve fennel (got given two at the weekend
)
off to browse the cookbooks and write a menu plan for the week :A

Just back from a lovely weekend in Brighton - stayed at the Grand no less and it was fabulous. I was also very good while I was away, and am hopeful of getting both my Club 10 and 2 stone awards when I go to WI at 10 o'clock.
Good luck to everyone this week![/quote

well i have either lost 1 1/2,gained 1 1/2 or sts!it all depends where i put my scales!!!!!

the thing is,if i go to boots to get weighed,like peachy,then my clothes will be added on but i always weigh myself nekkid.maybe i should weigh my clothes and shoes before i go and deduct them from the total....:D
