charlies_mum, don't worry about the maltesers, french fries etc - we all have a blip! I ate one too many After Eights on Saturday night, but did ok yesterday and plan to drink loads today before my weigh in tomorrow night. Would really love to see 2lb come off but I'm not so sure this week!

(peachyest - I would love my boobs done! Last time I lost 3.5stone they got bigger but are now heading for my knees - and I'm only 31!)

Catt iv'e wanted them done for 15 years and the last straw was when i had my little boy who's 9 and he was born at 28 weeks and i had to use a pump to get milk out for him , for 3 months, and when i lost the weight i'd put on they looked small no shape , so after getting married last year my hubby said if it really gets you down i'll pay for you to get them done , but i do love you the way you are and i don't think you need it .
Well i love them now there the right size for my body and i havn't gone silly and gone like jordon , and i'm 43 :D

    woo hoo! well done peachy!

A gorgeous green day for me today, muller and fruit for breakfast, lunch is a pasta with broc and tomato sauce (we're eating very early so it has to be quick and simple!) tea tonight will be 4 delicious hm samosas (1 syn each - made from the sw curry book) a hm courgette, potato and pea curry served with rice - yum!

edit - just realised today's menu doesn't use any heb's ...... I'll have to put my mind to that one!

 And I'll ask for tips - I have recently changed class - I used to weigh in first thing in the morning, but now my new group is tomorrow at 6pm - what tips do you all have for the during the day for a pm weigh in????

    have a yummy day everyone!
  • I had my boobs down last year , after lossing my weight years ago my boobs went and got me down , so i had a full lift and inplant , now my bodys how it should be, and to be honest i think if i could afford it i'd have the works , peachy x

PEACHY - i can't believe you're anything less than perfect!especially now you've got super duper boobies!i wouldn't mind having mine hoiked up a couple of inches;) ,certainly don't need any implants or i would look like jordan! my real issue is with my stomach though.i've had 2 caesarians and frankly its REVOLTING:o .i've got a horrible saggy apron with a great big scar running underneath for a belly (not to mention the freddie kruger stretch marks from top to bottom:rolleyes: ) and no amount of crunches make any difference.nor does losing weight.i've been a size 10 and done the gym thing 3 tines a week just like you're supposed to and it made no difference to my tummy at all.I'd have a tummy tuck in the blink of an eye if i had the cash.it's quite funny really,i can even spot other women who have had c sections!thank god for big pants.....;) :rotfl:
    :T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T
    :p:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p
    Was 11 st 5,now 10 st 7,would like to be....9 stone
