Can anyone recommend their favourite fat free and syn free of course, natural yogurt? Someone told me they like Yeo Valley, but it would be good if there was a cheaper own brand out there.

if you look at post 2934 i have listed all the syn free yogurts i like.

does anyone know the syn value of the tesco light choices yogurts? i normally get muller lights but these are 20p cheaper so if these are free i'll get them instead,

i believe that Light Choices are just Healthy Livin rebranded, in which case most are free, but they're all on syns online.

    Hi Ellie,

Welcome, you'll be fine, there are lots on here who aren't going to class.

Syns online is part of the Slimming World website, you put in a food, and it calculates the syns in it.
