I've just got my first stone, so although it's taken a while, I don't feel deprived as I still have my takeaways and wine.
I really want to lose another stone by the time my son gets married in September, so that's my next target.
Green for me today, beans on toast for breakfast, tuna salad for lunch and turkey stir fry for dinner.0 -

I'm with you charlies mum and gpuss I still have the odd naughty bits, I do feel that if I am going to live with this I do need to now and again like anyone else. BUT not to excess and just an occasional treat, not all the time like I use to.
Went into work today to do a recky after 9 months maternity leave . Back on Friday and have to leave baby with nursey. Feeling a bit sad and its only wednesday. Hoping that food doen't become a substitue. On a plus. LOADS of people commented about the amount of weight I had lost

Green for me today.
Baked beans and egg on toast for brekkie
Tea & Diet Coke & SF Squash all day
Babybel and Ravioli for lunch (with a banana & lasting satis yoghurt to take back with me)
Fish (Sole), asparagus and new pots for dinner.
Syns will be either a piece of OH's leftover b'day cake or a pack of French Fries.
Fast forward sounds like something I need! I also find I'm eating less as I get full quicker too though I know I need to up my exercise. Maybe a walk tonight if OH isn't too busy!
