Your both doing so well , if you both list each others food diarys each morning , this should help each other too ( planing ahead is the key ).
The summer is a great time for fruit ( strawberrys melon - superspeed :T :T ) and so refreshing cold out of the fridge ,sitting in the garden in the sunshine :D or fruit kerbabs with a little melted choc -syned   , peachy x

    Thanks
Angie loves veg, fluffynit & beccabee, as you can tell im really happy about it.

Beccabee - Fast Forward is quite restricting as everything has to be weighed and no foods are free (even if they are normally). It is only generally given to members if weight loss seems to have stopped. Consultant31 and Keren29
have explained this on page 182. My consultant herself has tried it but didnt like it as she said she was hungry all the time. I have been the opposite and some days have struggled to eat all the meals. Its definately not for everyone.

hi hun , i buy the bags of frozen salmon fillets from tesco , there wrapped in single packs , so you can take one out at a time .
I let it thaw and put phili or laughing cow on top and then wrap bacon or parma ham around it and cook  , don't forget you can have it as a h/b cooked then mixed in some savory rice , peachy x

do the salmon fillets have any of the little bones in cos i can't eat fish once i find one tiny bone in it - i'm weird i know!!
