    Hi
had my first weigh in last night and had lost 4 lbs so really pleased! Don't feel too deprived and I think that now I work part time it helps as I can't pick. Will be looking on this thread for lots of inspiration!!! I didn't use all my HEs this week and not many syns either do you think that made a difference

Well done, not many syns would definitely have helped, but I would say this,

You really really should use your HE's. 1 HEA and 2 HEB a day !

They are there for a reason. They are to help keep you healthy, it is no good losing the weight if you make yourself ill in the process will it luv and it will come off no question.

    Good luck

Well done Becca on losing a stone! Also well done to other people losing weight on here. I wear the same jeans and belt each week for the Weigh In and I have now moved it in FIVE holes!! So that must be about 4" less on my waist. I hope to reach the one stone mark very soon. 10.5 lbs so far.

I have my prawns defrosting for my lunch BTW!! Yum!!

Well done to all the losers and STS and chin up to those not so happy!
Considering the lovely healthy stuff I've been eating since rejoining SW 5 weeks ago I can't believe how grotty I've felt these last few days! Headachey, icky, sore throat. Really lethargic............ No energy at all ....... Get up and go has completely got up and gone!
I'm guessing I've picked up something from the kids ( I work at the local school) but the good news is that I've managed to stay on the plan! In the past this would have made me feel like giving up etc. But I've stuck with it.....so far. I think the fact that I've been doing so well has helped keep me motivated ( 18lbs loss), slimming wise at least. I'd just like to thank everyone that contributes to this thread, the ideas and support are fantastic, this has helped me stay on the straight and narrow! Thanks again. X X X

When I started SW, I lost 5lb the first week and 5 the second. The third week I wanted to lose more (so naive!!) and cut down my Syns, I only had 3 or 4 a day. I STAYED THE SAME THAT WEEK!!

Since then I've been having around 7-8 Syns a day and the weight if coming off steadily.

Make sure you always have your 2 HEAs as your body needs the calcium. You don't have to have 2 HEBs every day but make sure you have one!

    Good luck

Pink, please don't skip your HEAs and HEBs as you need calcium (especially) and fibre to keep your body going in order to lose the weight and to keep it healthy for the future. I would use some syns too. They help to not feel deprived and therefore you're more likely to keep going.

Well done on the losses everyone:T:T:T

Planning is definately a good idea, i sat yesterday and planned my meals for the week, this also helps me waste less food!

I had to sit and watch one of my co workers eating a kit kat chunky right infront of my face earlier...could have wrestled him to the floor for it but i knew i had to resist (having been such a bad girl at the weekend!!!) hehe! :p

having a good day today though, its red!

    bacon sandwich for brekkie (heb)
tuna and cheese (hea) salad for lunch
gamon, egg and beans (heb) for tea
    fruit, water and yogurts also!

Studentsynner - I sympathise about the Kit Kat!! Last week I sat in the car with DH and DD who were both stuffing on chocolate do-nuts!! I had a banana and a pkt of Ryvita Minis. Mind you, as I said to hubby theirs were gone in a few bites and I was still eating several miles down the road AND I enjoyed them both!! :p

You're welcome - this is going down a storm in group, the average weight losses have gone up too :D

Ajaxgeezer - if you work shifts, you need to tell the Consultant in group and you will only pay for the classes you can attend.
