  • Well done everyone, you're doing great!:T

I have lost one and a half pounds tonight, taking me to just 1/2 lb from my stone and a half! I am only three and a half pounds from target now. I am going on holiday next week so won't be able to weigh in, and I so want to be at target when I get back. Bit unrealistic perhaps, when I'll be eating out every night for five days! Still, anything is possible!

:hello: Hi all, haven't been on recently as been manic at home. Had a funeral on Friday, but didn't eat the buffet lunch. The only thing on offer for brekkie was Honey Nut  and then we went for a curry in the evening for OH's birthday with his sis n BIL. Had another cury last night (as it was his real birthday) then got a balti on Thursday - I'm being good in between but its really getting me down because I want to lose my weight. Can't make WI tonight which I suppose gives me an extra week to get those speed foods in.

    Catt xx

I wanted to ask about Bank holidays, maybe Consultant can answer this one for me?

I go to WI at 10am on a Monday. My consultant also does sessions at 12 noon, 4pm and 6pm. But on Bank holiday Mondays she just does one session, 6pm - 7.30 that we all go to.

Now as I'm usually weighed in the mornings, I don't want to be weighed in the evening and also, we're usually busy on Bank holidays, but if I don't go, I either have to book it as a holiday or I lose a week of my countdown as I pay in advance.

    Does this sound right???

    TIA, TG x
