I keep thinking about a exercise DVD which I could do before OH gets home but not sure which one - I'd like a dancy one I think. I've started my sits ups today on his frame thingy - 10 a day for the first week. Pathetic considering I used to do 200 without blinking!

Just got back from weigh in 1/2 lb lighter than last week

I am a little concerned - this loss is what I get being as good as gold... can't imagine what would happen if I were to de-rail a bit..... might just have to try a bit of de-railing this bank holiday weekend to see what happens :p

:o I'm also feeling that maybe I just don't find my consultant very motivating - she gets very excited about the big losses ('1 st in 3 weeks yay yay whoopdedoop!') but fails to particularly congratulate those of us with very small losses ('oh well, a loss is a loss'). I asked about Fast forward ('oh you don't need to know about that') and about the discrepancy between the eg 113g/57g HeB's ('thats for speed loss - I wouldn't worry about that')

Am I allowed to just change group? (assuming there is another I can get to) take my book and go elsewhere?

    Angie,

I think you can. Always make the excuse that your commitments have change and can't do that time ir any time of her class. My understanding is you sign up to SW and not the consultant.

What about your clothes???? some people find its the inches rather than the lbs. No constilation I know when you get on the scales
    Lots to loose.....

Oh My, thought I had the answer to sweet moments with toffee apples - 10 syns. Maybe not. On a random point Melinda Messenger and AWT are realising a cook called the sweet life but using splenda do you think its worth an investment?

yes angie you can change class , just go on line put in your post code and it will list all the classes in your area.
Don't worry about only losing 1/2lb thats still good :T :T :T , its going in the right way off :j :j .
Try mixing up your h/b , so if you have the same things for brekkie , say yogurt & fruit , have beens on toast, go through your book and try it , and the magic word is water lots of it , in this wealther we dehidrate quickly , peachy x

enough to put you off sweet things for good...... .

on a more serious note i heard that the book was quite good, think wozza is diabetic so should be useful for lots of different people's diets.of course sugar free doesn't always mean fat free too!but gotta be worth a look.WELSHY why don't you try your local library if you don't want to fork out for nothing?most bigger libraries get new releases in all the time and you could reserve it if it's already out.also think wozza's got a website, you might get it cheaper on there or at least get more info and maybe even a free recipe or 2.delia online quite good for specialist diets and stuff too.

sorry to be a pain but does anyone know the website password for this/next week please?i've just eaten a stilton and broccoli pasty from my local bakers and want to see how evil i am:D
    :T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T
    :p:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p
    Was 11 st 5,now 10 st 7,would like to be....9 stone
