Hi all,
I've fell off the wagon for some time and now weigh the heaviest I've ever been in my entire life....it's so scary!!!
I've made a commitment to make the full lifestyle change and have employed an internet personal trainer, am in the process of hopefully getting promoted and am back to group tomorrow.
I need to do this so i can see my youngest grow up, that's powerful motivation! I also want to look good for my wife again, she desrves it...and of course, for my self esteem.
Well that's my written commitment started, I will let you know my starting and target weight tomorrow after the meeting. The stuuf under my messages is old and needs to be amended.
I'm fed up with fat, done with depression and shaking off lethargy....
thanks for listening
