Hello folks,
Just moseyed on in here from elsewhere as I have a question. Hope that's ok
I'm considering starting a SW class but just can't justify the costs every week as I do shift work. Finding random daytime classes for the weeks I couldn't make my "regular" class isn't an option, so do SW make any allowances for this, e.g. the ability to only pay for the classes you can attend, maybe every other week?
thanks.0 -
Welshy, never mind, we all have a blow out sometimes.
I am struggling to get back on track since coming back off holiday, but I will get there eventually. I was looking back at my weight loss, and I have actually only lost 5 lbs since the end of February, which is rubbish really, but it is still coming off slowly.
If I stopped cheating it would come off faster, but I am happy and know I will get there eventually. Don't beat yourself up, you will get your 2 stones soon. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Thanks kelly and charlies mum. Kelly, you must have some will power. With me they would all be gone
. Have to say enjoyed every thing I had. Just all the things I had resisted for months and Just gave in this weekend. My OH is great on the diet but if he gives in I'm there saying no
. But, if I give in then he is there in full support for some serious naughtiness (mind you can't blame him I should know better).
I have to say I think something is definitely different this time and don't know how every1 else feels. Before, I would have said heck blown it now and kept eating badly. But now I'm planning to be as good as I can and extra exercise to do minimal damage. Am I really finally going to do it??????are we all finally going to do it???? lots of skinnies for the summer
Anyway moving on..... back on the wagon.
Red today......
Fruit salad and muller yoghurt.
Cottage pie (homemade and 1/2 syn)
Turkey mince in fridge needs using thinking turkey burgers. Unless anyone has suggestions?????????? Prob use roll as HEB (maybe 2?) and cheese HEA. lots os salad.
Think I may aim for 5 syns until weigh in. But, will use 10 if I need toLots to loose.....

I don't know either, but I do know that when I registered in class, one of the questions they asked was 'do you work shifts?'..... so maybe they make some sort of allowance??0 -

.....thanks Welsh but that costs even more than a group class (£80 for 3 months IIRC), but doesn't have the benefits of Image Therapy. No way I could justify that - £80 for a graph and syns online.
I think I remember in the past a consultant could tick a "shift worker" box on the weighing sheet?0
