Well an indoor bbq today, as it's cold, but looking forward to it. Made my dip and having wholemeal pittas as an extra treat. Hope you're all having a lovely weekend xxx

i havent been around for a while, hows everone doing?
ive been bad yesterday and today but yesterday i was 30 so let myself have a couple of days off as i need to eat and drink my woes away

Happy birthday Bringmeshoes, 30 is only young, enjoy each day 'cos I am nearly twice your age and I do, each new year brings a new challenge and hopefully more happiness.

Hi everyone, hope you are all keeping well.

Well done to all who have lost or maintained.

Not posted for a couple of weeks, firstly I had a maintain and then put on 2.5 last week so not happy as I was hoping to be at target by middle of this month. This week I have decided to try Fast Forward to see if that helps and fingers crossed I will have lost some weight at WI on Tuesday.

Ive been baking for the OH and I havent had any (not allowed this week, Fast Forward is like a strait jacket), made him a Lemon Drizzle Cake and some Hobnobs which he tells me are really nice. Not SW I know but I felt happy making them.
