just have some of the good for you salt and vinegar fries from asda. only 2.5 syns aswell - fab!! cheese and onion (wasn't keen on these - shame you can't by multipacks of one flavour only) and bacon rashers are only 2 syns. also the smartprice onion ring are 4 syns. most of the weight watchers one are 3.5 (cheese bites, mini hoops, corn bites lemongrass) and 4 syns (cheese puffs, tortillas, corn bites mexican and sweet chilli) so i think i will try those next.0

. I gave up counting my syns, so am expecting to have put about 4 lbs back on. Will weigh myself when I get home, and let you all know how bad the damage is
Oh well, I know I can lose 4 lbs in a week, so it's not the end of the world.
Well done anyone else who has lost or maintained
Of course you can Charliesmum and anyway, I bet it's not as bad as you think. Don't worry about it and enjoy your holiday mate:D:smileyheagpuss0 -

Gpuss i spoke to you yesterday about ringing the book line ...well ive ordered some books from the orderline but...she asked if i attended a group:eek: , i panicked and said yes, then she asked what group i attend! she said its a new system they have now, i randomly said a group that i know is near me and she just said ok.phew! I spent £25 on books and am going to start on the 23rd may, exactly 6 weeks from giving birth. I have 2 stone 11lbs i want to lose.
I have one question though if anyone can help...
I understand you have 2 heathy extra A'S and 2 B'S but can you have the same healthy twice?? Eg can i have 250ml semi-skimmed milk during the day for tea and cereal etc and then have another 250ml as a drink before bed? and that counts as my 2 A's? Or do they have to be different?
As im breastfeeding and my son is only 5 weeks i get 3 extra healthy extras, and not sure if i can do this??
Any help appreciated0 -

Ooh Tara:eek: sorry, they never asked me that when I rang. Quick thinking though, well done:T
As far as I know you can choose any 2 HEAs, so I'm sure you could choose 2 the same. Someone should be able to confirm that one way or another xx:smileyheagpuss0 -

Sorry, this is from ages back now, but the lentils absorb all the liquid so it turns out fairly dry at the end. I forgot to say as well that it makes enough for two adults and two small children (or two hungry adults).
