Just a quick one....How much are you spending a week on food shopping doing this diet? I'm finding my shopping bill is getting bigger and bigger (hopefully tummy is going to get smaller!)

    MM

ps If someone could be kind enough to PM me with the password for the SW website I'd be very grateful :-) Not going to classes due to money being very tight at the mo.

did SW ever get back to you?

    No, they didn't.

This week at meeting we discussed cravings, and crisps came up - my leader said they (my baked 'crisps') were fine so long as I only used fry light, and in the same breath asked if everybody had been trying the lasagne crisps, and wholeheartily recommended them as free on green.

no, I don't need to raise the debate (on hm baked crisps, or on lasagne crisps) again, but it is interesting isn't it

i freeze bananas on lolly sticks to make a nice alternative to ice cream - takes ages to eat too. frozen grapes are also nice.

sometimes if i am craving cake I use 3 slices of nimble soaked in egg, splenda and cinnamon mixture - spray fry lite in frying pan and make French toast - you can add sliced up strawberries and raspberries or a slice of grilled bacon and it feels "wicked" but is a healthy extra. sometimes i put a little bit of maple syrup on the bacon before i grill it and on the french toast as it is frying and syn it. i serve this with fresh strawberries and raspberries aswell.
