Does anyone else have problems getting hold of chicken bovril? I've tried 3 supermarkets and haven't found it, so I'm either not looking properly (entirely possible) or its no where to be found, managed to find the red one??

Dinner - Fish Cakes (2.5) Cod (HEB)

egg fried rice is quite easy, cook some rice and let it go cold. spray a pan with lots of Frylite and add the rice, stir it around for 4-5 minutes till its hot, then add peas, sweetcorn, spring onion (whatever you want really). Stir some more and then some soy sauce. Scrape it over onto one side of the pan and add 1 beaten egg to the pan, after a few seconds when it is starts to set mix it through the rice mixture and fry for another couple of minutes until egg is all cooked (stiring all the while)

Not very exact for measurements (sorry)
