if you like a spice sensation dust hte wedges with chillis or spice powder before you put them in the oven, adds a bit of a kick. Great with SW Garlic Dip :)

Whats the SW garlic Dip Andy? I know peachy (IIRC) adds garlic and herbs to Quark? Is it similar?

yeah very similar depends how many syns your willing to use,

I generally crush up some garlic add a few gerbs to Extra Light Mayo and stick it in a blender for a few seconds.

But Quark and Fromage Frais have been used in the past.

i guess it deoends on what you think tastes nice

Mmm, Asda frozen Summer Fruits, left for about 20 mins to defrost, with a vanilla Muller light on top!

That'll keep me going until hubby gets home from cricket practice tonight then we're having "chicken-style" quorn and mushroom stir-fry
