i did ww years ago, it was torture lol, weighing everything, counting everything, was always hungry, soon put the weight back on when started eating again
sw is so much better, not once have i felt deprived and starved
on a red day today, just had 2 sausage, bacon, 2 eggs, tomatoes, bread hb, think that would have been full days allowance of points on ww
enjoy life, we only get one chance at it:)

Well done Bringmeshoes, Welshnutta and Catt:T:T:TEveryone is doing brilliant, you should be so proud of yourselves!

My WI tomorrow, so I'm going for the magic chicken salad tonight, which sometimes helps me lose;)

I lost weight at WW, but I felt that the class was all about selling WW stuff and designed to get as much money out of dieters as possible The consultant didn't seem to be interested in individual members. I also found myself thinking 'do I really want to waste a whole point on a banana?', and I felt hungry a lot of the time.

TG - How were the muffins?

The muffins went down very well, thank you. A couple of people said they were the best food there :T

Someone else had made a Cherry Couscous cake. It was disgusting! :rotfl:

Next time I make the muffins though I'm going to add a small pinch of salt, and more spice! And I might try substituting raspberries for the blueberries.

666paw don't be disheartened, you've come so far you obviously need a little rest before continuing you journey.that's the way i try to see it when i'm struggling.if i'd put all my energy into climbing a mountain then i'd need a little rest before i climbed the next one.think i've come over all star week too!:o

  • Hi everyone - just back from my first week wi, where I lost 1.5lb....

....I know I should be pleased, but really, I thought I had lost quite a bit more, I have followed the plan to the letter, staying within syns (using them on alcohol mainly) our cooking and eating habits have changed massively...

I *know* I should be pleased, but I am feeling rather despondant and flat right now.
