Well, back from weigh in and I have lost 1 lb, so that's 12 in total. I joined on 5th Feb, so it is very slow, but I know that I cheat and still have wine and takeaways, so I'm happy with that.

I'm doing it to lose weight for DS wedding in September, and if I can keep losing 1 lb a week, I will lose almost 2.5 stones by then, so that is keeping me focused :j

Well done to everyone who has lost or maintained :T

Kelly, you stick to the diet and when you are slim and gorgeous and he comes crawling back, tell him to get stuffed :D
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D

    Well done Charlies Mum

I do pretty much the same as you as far as cheating goes, wine mainly Tsk, however, I have a christening to go to in July and wedding to go to in August so hopefully I will have lost a couple of stone by then

It is all in the right direction anyway isn't it.

  • :hello: Hi all!

It's a green day for me today, and I have just been into town and been soooooo good - walked past BK, walked past McD's, even walked past KFC (I do lurve KFC)..... and walked into M&S bought a small pasta/feta(hea)/tomato salad with a big tub of fresh fruit and a bottle of water!!

 So now that I am at home, feeling very pleased with myself and it not being dinner for ages, and having resisted chips from more than three places, am I allowed to make (and eat) 'chips/wedges' out of potatoes and fry light?
