Good Morning All,
First of all congratulations beccabee that's one hell of a weight lossit's been a while since i've had one that big.
WI last night and i've lost another pound, bit less than the last 2 weeks but it brings me up to 7lb for the last 3 weeks, can't complain really i was moving house those 2 weeks before that so i just wasn't eating properly and more importantly i never really sat down for 2 weeks.
But anyway Red day again today
Breakfast - Bacon and mushroom omlette with Tesco light choice sausages and grilled tomatoes on the side
Lunch - Tuna steak, Jacket Potatoe and salad
Dinner - Gammon Steaks, Syn free chips, fried egg, maybee some pineapple and some veg0 -
Good luck to everyone with their WI's today!
I thought I would share something which is completely syn free on both days
and was recommended by our consultant last night. Get some quark and add enough fat free fromage frais to it so it is moveable but still really creamy, add some vanilla essence to it (she recommended using a blender) and then enjoy with strawberries, or I guess any other fruit too.
Thought that sounded really yummy. And I guess you could add a bit more sweetner to it if it wasn't quite sweet enough for you.0 -

Well, Peachey, I read an article that said that women who work together's cycles all gradually change to be the same time, so I suppose as we spend time together, it could be the same thing. Weird isn't it?
I think Tesco knowing about your cycle is even weirder though :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::smileyheagpuss0 -
Does anyone else have problems getting hold of chicken bovril? I've tried 3 supermarkets and haven't found it, so I'm either not looking properly (entirely possible) or its no where to be found, managed to find the red one??0
