i like the alpan lights, especially the cranberry ones (at least think thats what they are) great when i got a biscuit urge on in the afternoon.

Princess Kate, you'll soon whip that off I'm sure. Try to be good wherever you can. Can I suggest some extra walks or any other from of exercise that you enjoy this week to help with those unavoidable sins. I only say this as this is what I am trying as had shakey weekend and am hoping it will help with wednesday WI.Lots to loose.....

Bringmeshoes, Do you have this months mag??? If so nice chilli recipe in there. Not hot at all, I don't like things hot and this was mild for me but tasty. Could use that (give me a shout and I'll put it on if you don't have) and if you do like it hotter I would add 1/4 to 1 tsp of chilli flakes.Lots to loose.....
