TG - don't give up - I'm sure you'll continue to lose. Youv'e done so well so far - stick at it :) and a big fat (superspeed?) raspberry to your consultant. She does sound like a right charmer

I'm on day 6 of my first week back. Still sticking to it. All ok so far (but then ervyone can be good on the first week right!). Just one issue..... ahem.... wind  I'm farting like I've never farted before! it's scaring the children now. Anything I can do to calm it down? I'm not eating beans 24/7 (not had any since thrusday now I think) but just can't stop! help me please :)

I didnt so much have a windy problem during my first week, but what I did do was - ahem - aout 5 poos a day for 3 or 4 days running!! Must have been all the extra fruit I was eating!

I settled down the second week so hopefully your problem will sort itself out as well!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Well, I put on today - 1 kg if I believe my MIL's scales :(.
Not to surprised really as I have been wayward the last few days. I haven't too much control over meals at the moment so I am not going to worry too much - just watch the snacking and then go back to basics come next Monday. I need to plan more also.

ON a compeltely different note - I'm staggered at how much everything costs here!! We went for lunch at a cafe - nothing fancy - two hot dogs, a bottle of water and a chickem slice with mushy peas for me and two of my children - £17:eek:. I near ly choked when the lady gave me the total! Thank goodness the euro is strong (for me!!).

back on the topic of potato again, does anyone have a recipe which I could do syn free for Bombay potatoes? I have found Peachyests onion bajhi recipe, so thinking I could have a very tasty curry!!

Also is it ok to syn potato/bread etc rather than use as HB?

Thanks again, I should be paying my £4.50 a week to you guys, you're much better than our consultant!
