argh I'm cross with myself now, have just realised that potato isnt free on a red day, and I had a chicken omlette with jacket potato last week (while OH & DS had frozen chips) thinking I was being good!! Damn, oh well I've not eaten nearly as much rubbish so hopefully I won't be in a really bad mood later!!

Green days are officially much easier!

Well done! Our local St Richards Hospice is doing the midnight walk on 5th July. My colleague keeps asking if you stop at pubs along the way. I think she's got mixed up with a pub crawl!

oooooooooooooooo touchy consultant!speechless-smiley-040.gif (You've got more sense than to pay £500 for a scales wink.gif)

Well TG I had 2 weeks at STS angry-smiley-030.gif and went back to basics after the 2nd week writing diary and weighing. Then shifted 3lbsport-smiley-001.gif. See how you go this week because it really could just be a blip and if you STS again then do a week of back to basic. Remember 10lb in 3 weeks is still amazing!!!angel-smiley-002.gif

    Welcome Andy.

Well done Mrs E for your fantastic loss sport-smiley-001.gif its nice to see less of you! and what about Mr E?

    Becca,

For red I just try to keep in my head LOADS OF PROTEIN and little carbs.

Meaning meat, meat oh yes and more meat wink.gif and weight potato, rice, pasta, couscous etc...

Yummy omlette for red fill with mushroom, toms and loads of bacon. 28g of cheese (HEA if you like) and chuck salad on the side. Hope this helps
