TG sometimes when you lose a huge amount quickly (and 10lbs in 2 weeks is really huge:eek:) you stay the same the week after. I suppose your body is adjusting and fluid fluctuates anyway. It's still a great achievement in a very short time, well done :T:smileyheagpuss0

Don't worry about it we all go through it every now and then, I've been on SW for a while now (just over 2 years) and i've maintained a lot in my time. you just have to stick at it and keep going.
During the first year is when i lost the bulk of the weight, then i don't know what happened but things slowed right down and i'd maintain, lose a bit, put on a bit and i just got sick and stopped trying which is why it started going on more than it was coming off.
But i managed to grab hold of myself and set myself going in the right direction again just by going back to basics and measuring properly again and not assuming syns but checking them properly.
Still not back to my lowest ever recorded weight but i'm getting there and if i just keep going i'll finally hit target (13st 12lb) and it will all be worth it.:T0 -
Thanks girls (and guy!!) I did come home and comfort eat but it was baked beans (free), brown toast (HEB) and a couple of nectarines and just had a Mugshot after picking the kids up.
My consultant had a right go at me when I said I didn't think I'd done very well this week as I'd weighed myself at home. She said "Are your scales like mine? Did they cost you £500? No? Well, don't believe them then!!!"
I'll still determined though and am going swimming this week as well so that might help too!
Thanks for the support

Afternoon all, well done to all you loosers and to those that havent keep at it, we WILL get there..it might just take a while.
My BIG news of the week, i've signed up to do a charity walk, . i will be taking part in the midnight walk for St lukes Hospice ( my local hospice) on 28 the june. We are walking 13.1 (that last .1 might just kill me) miles starting at midnight. So thats it, ive got to get off my butt and get it moving, and the less of it i have the less to drag around on the day.:j0
