they're actually on the SW website

    http://www.slimmingworld.com/lifelineonline/features/feature_happymeals.asp

    Makes: 1 double burger

    For the burgers:
    227g/½lb extra lean minced beef
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    ½ onion, grated
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
salt and freshly ground black pepper
    Fry Light, for spraying

    For the filling:
2 Tesco Healthy Living Singles cheese slices
    Iceberg lettuce, shredded
    1 tomato, sliced
    red onion, sliced into rings
    1 wholemeal roll

    1. Mix all the burger ingredients (except the Fry Light) together and shape into 2 round patties. Add a little beaten egg to bind if the mixture is not firm.

    2. Spray the burgers on both sides with Fry Light and cook under a hot grill until cooked right through - approximately 5-6 minutes each side.

    3. Assemble the burger by layering the cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and 2 burgers inside the wholemeal roll. Add gherkins if you fancy it, or enjoy with a splodge of tomato ketchup! (1 Syn for a level tablespoon).

    Free on Original* and Green**

*Add 6 Syns on Original if not using cheese as a Healthy Extra choice

**Add 18 Syns on Green if not using minced beef, wholemeal roll and cheese as Healthy Extra choices

And i would comment on the size of burger you can make but that would just be asking for trouble
