Well today i'm having a red day ,
Brekkie ,
4 sausages , 2 eggs ,4 bacon, 3 slices of w/w brown danish, shape sat yogurt , pear .
Lunch ,
caesar salad- bacon chopped added to lettuce and 2 hard boiled chopped eggs mix then spray with salad light caesar dressing by frylight ,mix altogether, enjoy .
strawberry & o%greek yogurt with sweetner .
Dinner,
lamb chop, pork chop, cabbiage, broc, carrots, butternut, collie,gravy (syned)
Super ,
2 apline light bars , melon, crips (4 syns)
lots of water :T :T
Forgot to say been to weigh in and stayed the same
That's great Peachey, well done mate:T I think your meal plans are great. You eat loads, but with lots of healthy food and drink and you use some syns. No wonder you are at target:A:smileyheagpuss0 -
ok, so not much eating & not much drinking today then....Il just concentration on my work then & try & forget about everything else!

My god i've only been a part of this thread 2 minutes and it already sounds like i'm in group
women can be so naughty sometimes

No secrets i'm afraid, i just try and stick within the rules of the diet and i know that if i do i will either maintain or lose weight (most of the time). The most important thing i find is to try and add cariety to your menu. If you get stuck in the same old routine with meals you can get bored very easily.

BOMBAY MARINATED CHICKEN
chicken thighs ( skinned removed)
bombay spice
natural low fat yogurt
garlic
red pepper
tomatoes
lemon juice
Mix together bombay spice & low fat yogurt and lemon juice,
Add chicken thighs & leave to marinate over night ,
Chop the garlic , red pepper ,tomatoes and frylight until soft add,
to marinated chicken thighs and cook through thoroughly .
Add syned rice or h/b jacket side salad , mint dip
mint dip is - nat low yogurt , sweetner , 1 tsp mint sauce mixed all together0 -
