Hello all,
Finally had chance to catch up with thread. Just done plan for the week and almighty online shop. Wouldn't mind so much but I know I only have to spend more for fresh fruit and veg in the week. But, my OH and I have said whatever the weekly shop costs its worth every penny. (He also almost lots 2 stone)
Well done to those who have lost. Good luck tho those with WI fingers crossed for you all.
Yesterday tryed to be as good as possible at sister in law party. 1/4 bottle of pimms, large burger and sausage, well 2 I as may as well be honest. Avoided all the buffet stuff and white rolls. Had plenty of water to help get rid of the toxins.
Been good today, red day...
2 Weetabix with banana and milk (HEB and HEA)
Roast chicken (loads) and veg with 4 sins of gravy
Chicken salad and free dressing and muller, grapes and an apple and lots of later.
Was hoping for 2.5lb this week will be happy ish if I maintain, but 1/2 lb would take me to 1.5 stone. Going to try and limit my sins and do extra walking and water between now and wednesday and hope for the best.
Good night all and we are all doing so fabulously. Bring on the bikini for the summerLots to loose.....

There is a typo in the 1st recipe, it should be 57g SR flour not 27!We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Morning all,
Baby is having morning nap and husband is back in work after 2 weeks holiday. Lovely to have him home but "holidays" are always manic. So rather than rushing arround to get ready to go out or sorting something out. I am sat having a cuppa and catching up.
I do have 101 jobs to do but they can just wait.
Those muffins look lovely  will have to try and find time to cook some this week and blueberrys are very good for the skin. Double bonus!
Going for a green.....
Fruit salad with lashings of yoghurt and glass of water
Mugshot and roll (HEB) + 2 alpen bars (HEB)
Quorn chilli and rice with cheese (HEA)
Lots of fruit and trying to low sin due to weekend (but will use them if I can't resist!)
Can I just check something ..... is it 2 HEA and 2 HEB or is it a HEA and a milk allowance?????? and 2 HEB. ???Lots to loose.....
