Well done Redmel and Shaz:T. Any loss or maintenance is good, as your keeping you new slimmer size, so congratulate yourself, you're doing great:T.

Going for a red day today, ham salad for lunch and lamb meatballs with spring greens and swede and sweet potato mash for tea, as it was lovely last week:D.

Good luck to all the wiers today:j

  • WI tonight for me & I dont think i will have lost, had a very muddled week going between working days & nights, I havent been REALLY bad just not sure how good I have been. If you know what I mean. Working again 2night, trying not to eat too much before WI, might be silly but it makes me feel better & then my mum is making me spag bol, yum yum.
Good luck everyone who has WI today.

kate i tend to slow down on my water intake on w/i days as a cup of tea put 2 lb on me when i got weighed once , i was told to go to the toilet and when i got weighed again i'd lost it again , so make sure you don't drink to much before getting weighed and go the loo before you get weighed hun
