Yes it is 2 HEA and 2 HEB so you could have 1 of your HEA as milk.

Welshnutta - You can pick 2 of each, if you want a milk allowance you need to count it as a hea. You could use both of your hea's as milk if you want or none....I know my friend never drank tea or ate cereal so she used both her hea's as cheese. HTH
Oh by the way....I lost 3/4lb, I know it is not much but I have not really stuck to the plan very well last week. I am feeling positive this week so i'm sure I will do better.

Well done on 3/4lb, it doesn't sound like much, but if you keep chipping away at it like that, it will soon come off.
You've done well if you haven't stuck to the plan very well, I do really well during the day then blow it at night by having a couple of glasses of wine and a small chocolate bar.
Weigh in tomorrow, and not sure if I have lost this week as like you I have cheated a bit. Oh well, we will soon seeYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
I think I've had a pretty good week food wise. Trying out my dreaded red days today - sausage and egg for brekkie, extra sausages as a snack, turkey sarnie for lunch and lasagne for dinner (not much lasagne in it but I will count my portion of pasta as syns.
Got WI tomorrow night! But then got 3 weeks befoer my next WI. Which means I might treat myself a little next week and a little when I'm in Malta. Especially on wine! :beer:0 -
Well done mel 3/4 lb is fab :j. If you need convincing a small can of sweetcorn weighs that or find something that does and hold it in your hand for a minute whilst standing. Your now not carrying that arround with you!!!!! trust me it puts 3/4 lb in prespective. (1/2lb small tom soup and use small potato for 1/4lb) help keeps ,me motivated! (I need to get our more

I'm with you Charlie's Mum. Have to admit I have just stopped buying wine. VERY HARD will happily have a virtual drink with you any time. Tried adding soda, lemonade, water to make it last longer. But, then I didn't enjoy it. So resisting buying it.
