Does anyone know how you mark a post so that when you read it it takes you back to where you were last reading?
  • Emily, make sure you are logged into the site when you use it, then at the top of the thread you are on it says go to first unread post, click that it will have remembered where you were ( do i get the award for the worst explanation of something now?)

Hugs to Kelly:grouphug:I'm so sorry and I hope you ok, chick.

Well, I'm back on the wagon but want to confess how far I strayed on my birthday. We ate out twice and I didn't have an alcoholic drink, but had garlic bread and pizza for lunch and then in the evening lasagne followed by chocolate fudge cake and cream:eek:. It was bloody lovely and I enjoyed every last mouthful:rotfl::rotfl:

I'd saved up some sins in advance and I did lots of walking, and yesterday I hit the speed foods and I'm drinking lots (Peachey:D). I'm hoping I have got away with it. I feel a lot more in control now. Before I would have thought, well, I've blown it now, may as well go on a week-long binge. I think this thread is helping me loads. Anyway, back to work for now...

    xxxxx to all

I'm going to try the SW free rice pudding recipe tonight. I'm quite excited about it!

I'm also going to go back through the pages and try to find the Lentil Slice (or similar name) and try that, although probably not today.

Edit: found it - excellent. It's similar to a bake I do which is cooked rice, cooked lentils, eggs beaten in with hoa cheese all baked in the oven.

    Hi everyone!

Hope you're all having a 'good' day. I had a lovely bacon Buttie for brekkie, which felt really naughty but was totally sin free. Roast turkey with lots of veggies and gravy (well worth the sins). Had lots of fruit in between too. Still feeling very positive about all this and wondering if it will last !!!!
Good luck 'losers' ( of the weight variety:D )

Been on St Georges day parade today, so had to do some walking, not much, but every bit helps.

I've got my first WI tomorrow, i'm a bit nervous to say the least, I think its because i've not felt hungry once in the last week and feel like i've eaten loads!!
