  • thanks consultant and peachy,i know you're both right but it still hurts terribly.can't believe i was on here a couple of weeks ago saying how happy we were!also my sister has a growth on her lung, got more tests on wednesday.they've ruled out tb.she said she got sick of people asking her how many fags she smoked a day when she has never smoked in her life!it was her birthday tonight and we arranged a surprise party for her.she was exhausted but delighted, burst into tears, certainly perked up though so hopefully it helped her a little.

and my great aunt went into hospital for a hip ball replacement and is now being tested for pneumonia.still if i can stick to the plan now i can do it any time!not that i have been but been so busy,up so late and eating so little at least my clouds may have a silver lining.

my plan tomorrow is to do a big freezer shop and finally unpack my kitchen so i can cook my food!doubt i'll feel like eating but maybe focusing on the plan will take my mind off other things.

seems very quiet on here tonight, think everyone must be out partying.i hope it's diet coke they're all drinking!!!!!sorry, always have had a sick sense of humour, think it's what keeps me going............

  • glitterpink - i would stick to a massive cooked breakfast.free sausages, bacon, eggs, toms.mushs, maybe a hash brown (synned of course) and for lunch you shouldn't need more than a salad with protein and lots of free red veg(roasted maybe) which leaves you all your h.e's to go with dinner or for snacks.as well as fruit and yogurt of course if you're really hungry.

    Hello everyone,
just checking in from my MIL's computer. Ahven't had time to catch up an all the posts but ((((Kelly)))), I feel for you - hope you will feel better and happier as time goes along. Men are very rarely worth pining over, particularly one who describes you as mad!!! Better tell him to b*gger off!

Have been eating a lot since arrival in uK as my MIL is a really good cook- all very yummy but they are eating a low fat regime at the moment as my MIL had higher blood pressure, so that helps me too! I had ordered a lot of slimming world stuff off ebay to be delivered to my MIL's house so I have read through them and am looking forward to trying the recipes - the 'saucy secrets' book looks particularly delicious!

Good luck to all of you weighing in tomorrow - I should do too but I don't think I will have lost at all. I'll try and catch up later,
