    Hello all,

Nice to see less of you, if you know what I mean. Well done Choccie and ella and Lo_Blush blimmy thats fantastics WHATS YOUR SECRET?

Hello Caramelegg and Mrs Evans and I'm sure we'll be seing less of you 2 soon as well.

Well managed my lunch out with a mixed grill yummy!!!! stayed away from the chips and peas and went for salad and Jacket (didn't eat this as HEB are catered for). Very stressful day mother in law over angry-smiley-030.gif and my lovely 6 month old boy who is a diamond pick today to play up and she is one of those mother in laws!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! Not mad at my baby though 1st tooth poped through 2 days ago and another is really trying .

I am proud of myself resisted hitting the chocolate when I got home (walked miles so could have got away with it). Am now hittind the whiskey and diet coke. Measuring and counting though up to 7.5 sins and lots of coke. It is definitely helping!!!

Bit worried about tomorrow visiting sister in laws and may end up being a bit boozey. Think I will try and sneak in as many diet cokes as I can to help cut down on the sins. OH is taking full charge of the baby so I can let my hair down for the 1st time in 6 months _party_.

Off to try sw burgers will let you know what they are like....

Good luck to every1 with WI

tomorrow i'm going out for my sisters birthday so going to so my best to drink vodka & diet coek (i hate diet coke)
didn't go to wi in this week as i didnt feel up to it after hospital but finding that i really missed it, i'm lucky that my consultant is lovely and cares about everyone in the class, she even offers to call people if she feels they are having a bad week

  • Thanks hun, after working a 12 hour night I ended up stuck in work for another hour tryin to decide what to do...put my vote in, just have to see if management listen to us, but as its the NHS & its all about saving money & doesnt seem to be about patient care anymore, im sure they wont!!
Got a whole weekend off tho so im gonna try & forget about work for a bit. Goin out for an italian tomorrow evening with some friends, but i can stick to pasta with a tomato based sauce & all should be ok, going back to their house to play on the wii so that is bound to use up a few calories! :j Also it is so much fun :T

Hope everyone has a good weekend, iv been stocking up on free foods & HE's, 8 for £2 mullerlights in sainsburys, 2 for £2.50 lasting satisfaction, 2 for £2.50 fresh pineapples, my fav :p , also had ainsleys couscous for 72p for 2 sachets.

    Be good everyone!

Princess Kate :grouphug:hope everything works out ok for you with work.

Bringmeshoes :grouphug: you sound a bit down. I'm sure you'll the little treat of chippy will be fine, lots of water!!! The Wii is is much fun so wil burn loads, caution tho adictive and competive (speaking from experience)tongue.gif

Just had turkery and red pepper burgers from this month mag. YUMMY!! Had with 2 slices of dairylee light in a roll (HEA and HEB). Fantastic, 5 star again. It doesn't say to season the mix, I did and it made it tons better. Please give it a try.

Not sure what tomorrow will hold. Away for the day and won't be in control. Gonna have porridge in the morning (keep me full) take fruit and alpen lights with me so if whatever served is really bad then will only have enough to be polite and then fill up on own stuff. And the booze well you know my plan for that.

Night everyone going to look for a minted lamb burger recipe will pass it on if it is a good one.
    Lots to loose.....
first goal 2 stone (done) , Next target another 1st

    1 and 3/4 lb lost this week TOTAL: 31 and 1/4lb :j

DO YOUR BEST......NO MORE, NO LESS.

Had quorn swedish style meatballs for tea, they were yummy! Had them with spaghetti and made tomato passata with loads of veggies and pesto (which was so worth the syns!) yum yum yum :)
  • Cant believe the OH actually said to me tonight that he was fat and fed up and that he wanted to join Slimming World. So we talked it over and have decided that as we are away on hols next week and we will be doing loads of walking that it would get us in the right frame of mind to join a class the week after we come back. So watch this space. It will do us both good egging each other on.

well eggs are free so go for it Princess Fiona and OH! :T :T

I'm very tired so not reading back everything I've missed (sorry!) but I'm wishing everyone a good weekend :)
  • Well done to everyone of you losers and chin up to all who stayed the same.
I have had a weird day today, started off well with beans and scrambled eggs on 2 slices of ww brown bread( hbI)but got so involved in financial stuff I didn't eat again until 6 o clock when I had leftover quorn and chili beans mix type stuff and a baked potato.
Drank loads though of green tea and squosh.
Then 10 o clock and I was starving so had another 2 slices of bread(small ones so allowed 3)so one counted as syn 1 with slice cooked ham(heb2)with cheese( hea1)used bit of flora light on jacket so (hea2).
So I don't know if this will slow me down because I had such a gap between meals or not.
Virtually no exercise either because I was at my desk all day.
Oh well of to bed soon and tomorrows another day.
    Jess
