I would suggest a cross trainer - there may be some good ones going on ebay close to you.

Morning everybody! Well done to all that have had a weightloss and chin up to those that were disappointed.

Well I managed to restrain myself from the call of the biscuit barrel on Wednesday night when I was having a bit of a wobble (thanks again for the support on here). I had a rollercoaster of a day yesterday as I had to be shoulder to cry on (well actually we cried together) for a family member that had had some bad news about a serious health issue and then in the evening, feeling totally drained, I had my week 1 weigh in.

OMG I lost 8lbs, :j :j :jI'm absolutely over the moon, I know I can do this, that was just the boost I needed to convince me. I realise I won't lose like that every week, but what a start!

Thanks to everyone on here for all the hints/tips/recipes/support. :T
Big weldone ,thats over half a stone      , well you deseve it hun , you scared the s-it out of your class scales i'd loved to of been there:T :T :T and not giving into the biscuit barrel payed off :j.

Well shes been doing it for 4 months now and i hav'nt seen her for 2 and shes lost 3stone  :T and so has her friend , she looks like a differet women -fab .
She couldn't thank me anoth for pushing her into it , i told her it was all the hard work she's put in thats done it , she said she need that push .
You should see our staff in the canteen half the women are on s/w and the food is more healthy too .:T :T

Yopu can search for items within 10, 25 or 50 miles of your postcode so you don't have to pay postage if you can collect. I missed out on a cross trainer last week which went for £17 - collection 2 miles from me!
