    Morning

I wasn't around yesterday as I helped Ds and fiancee to move house - my job was to look after DGD :D

Didn't have time for breakfast as I got a text at 8.00 saying 'come asap'- the removal men had arrived at 7.30

Anyway, all I had all day was a ham salad baguette (white bread), I even declined the vanilla slice :A Dinner was vegetable chow mein, and 2 glasses of wine.

Weighed myself this morning, and I have put on 1.5 lbs - I can't believe one baguette did that

My wedding ring is really tight this morning though, so think it might be fluid retention - so will try to drink lots of water today.

    Catch you all later
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D

Night everyone going to look for a minted lamb burger recipe will pass it on if it is a good one.

I use minced lamb, fry off to get rid of the fat, mix with a diced onion, an egg to bind and add a couple of spoons of mint sauce (drain as much vinegar as poss). Shape into burgers and cook.

DH loves these as minted lamb is his favourite. They'd be free on a red day too :D
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

This is a brilliant site for finding items local to you on eBay. Just put your postcode in (without spaces) and the mileage you're willing to travel, and it brings up loads. Just don't blame me for all the money you spend :rotfl:

  • Hi I usually have fajitas on Saturday plus a bottle of wine, soo forgoing the wine and seeing as all the veg will be free, does anyone know how many syns would it be for the tortilla's and the mexican mix, salsa, and the cucumber raita will be.
I will count the chicken as one of my heb .
I could get all the packets and do it online but thought someone would know off hand as its Saturday and I got mountains of housework to do.!!
    Found out:
    3g salsa =1syn, full jar raita 8.50 syns x 4 =, 2 and bit syns .tortilla 15 for the whole pack x 4= 4 ,spice mix x 4 =3syns each .so 10 syns for 2 tortilla's just hope I can stop at 2.
    Jess
