For a basic bolognaise sauce, I just use passata with a few chopped garlic cloves and some Italian dried herbs added. I also like to put in an oxo cube (you could use bovril) and a dash of Worcester sauce, if you want. I add chopped mushrooms, onions and the mince.

Bolognese - mince, onions, chopped toms, herbs, garlic (loads for me!). For chilli add some chilli powder and kidney beans to bolognese (only free on green).0

Iv lost..1lb.. not loads but im happy, that brings my total to 10.5lb in 5 weeks, and iv gone down into the next stone bracket (just!!), so im still really motivated and am going to try more red and mix to max days this week, as iv had all green this week so going to mix things up abit to see if it speeds up my loss!

Lost 1/2 lb this week. Not very much :mad: I was hoping for 2 lbs! I'm cheering up as a loss is a loss, although I am only 1/2 lb from my Club 10 :mad:
Never mind, I am really settling into the plan now, you guys on here help so much, much better than class! Thanks for all the great recipes. I have tried the fab Scan Bran chocolate cake and I'm going to make the sausage rolls just now, for tomorrow's lunch box.

Unfortunately, I don't have a Morrisons within sniffing distance, and as an ex-vegi, I have rather gone off quorn (just like croissants actually - once upon a time I just ate tooooooooo many of them)
I have stumbled upon a 'sausage' recipe, that with a bit of tweaking (yeah yeah - take away the fun bits) could become free on red, if it works I will share.......0
