    Morning all:wave:

Well I weighed and and I've lost 3lbs!!:jI'm really pleased and now I have a stone in my sights (at last!).

Thanks for all your help and support, it makes a lot of difference:A.

Really well done to Nessa:T and Joelene:T and welcome to Hayley (sorry if I missed anyone out).

Wow Gpuss, well done :j the race is now well and truly on - we have 2 weeks to get to our first stone. We can do this can't we :T

Aimee, don't get fed up, you could probably go back tomorrow and weigh 2 lbs less.

Saila, welcome to the madhouse - just wait till that Peachy sees your comment about only losing 1 lb, she'll go all motivational on you :D

Tractor girl if you have omlette and salad both are free on both days so you can still go either way for dinner (though it depends if you were putting anything other than veg into your omlette!)

Just walked up town to get some trousers for my hols and my Euros. Couldnt' get into the size I wanted - had to go two sizes up so I'm positive they are making them small  Horrified at thinking what size I would have been in if I hadn't lost nearly 2 stone!!!

Was desperate to go either into my sarnie shop or get a 'treat' from M&S, but I have to do this right and seven days a week, not just for the last three days before weigh-in so I came back to work and am eating my leftover sausage (free from Morrisons) casserole that has been in the freezer a few weeks. The jar I used is 7 syns (I know I know - it was just to use it up!) so my portion I'm assuming is 2/3 at the most. :j Go me! Didn't even buy a packet of crisps! :j
