    hi all!

Have decided, along with a couple of luvverly DFW friends to start on SW. I lost 4.5 stone in 2004 but have put it all back on, plus another 1.5 stone. Whoops. I need to lose a lot more than that though!

Anyway, I've decided as I have the books and some magazines i'm going to go it alone - well, I'm not going to go to the classes, I'm going to do it with my DFW/MSE friends.

What I am looking for though, is a free weight progress chart of some kind. I know I've seen one before many moons ago. The chart on SW online was one of my favourite things so I'd like to try to find something to replicate it - for free though ;)

Hi Keren and welcome:j. I have loads to lose too and you will find loads of help and encouragement on this thread.

There's no reason why you can't use the SW online chart as you can get the PW from someone off here. I'll PM you now xxxx

:D Hi in tescos there doing 3 for 2 on all there cooked meals , so go through your food directory and make a list of the low syned ones and freeze them for when you need something quick and hav'nt got time to cook , make sure you write on them the syns for when you take them out of the fridge or freezer, so you don't have to go and look them up again.

melhas good luck mate fingers crossed for you
