morning all, having another red day today, as i enjoyed the one i had on tues

such a treat to have bacon, sausage, frylite eggs, and tomatoes, dosen't feel like diet food at all
lunch ham and cottage cheese salad fruit or yogurt
dinner, meatballs, jacket spud, veg and gravy,
snacks fruit and yogurt, and plenty sf squash
enjoy life, we only get one chance at it:)
  • Haven't decided whether to go red or green today, am trying to decide what to do for our main meal tonight - I have some lovely lean pork steaks in the freezer which I could have with jacket potato & salad, and hubby could have roast spuds & veg, or I could use up the Bean Chilli that I made last night (which was absolutely delicious) and have it with rice, and hubby can have some meat chilli which is in the freezer.

So far today I've had 2 weetabix with Muller light and a cup of tea (with milk counted as 1/2 Syn, Peachey ;):rotfl: ;) :rotfl: ;) ) and a black coffee.

If I go red I'll have a ham salad for lunch, if I go green I'll have an omelette and salad.

    Decisions, decisions!

Good luck to any of you that have a WI today.

And PLEASE can anyone tell me this weeks password? ETA: Thanks Princess Kate, I have the password now :T :j

    Thanks, TG xxx

  • Also thinking about the passwords, I think they actually last for 2 weeks each, even though there is a new one every week there is a cross over time.

Staying the same is better than putting on, and if you've lost every week since February then you have been doing fabulously. :T :T

Hope you enjoyed your cakes ... but have fruit next time! :rotfl:

I just KNOW you will lose this week!

Someone said the other day (on this thread I think) that they go through to the Thursday of the second week

Good for you Amie:T A little treat every so often will not hurt as long as you stay on the plan most of the time. This is a long-term healthy eating plan and sometimes if you are too strict with yourself you feel deprived and may give up after a while.
