hope you have a good loss this week
Gpuss - 3lb! well done:)
SkintCatt well done for resisting the call of M&Scan you tell me more about these morrisons sausages? which ones are they and are they free on red only? I don't normally shop at morrisons, but there's one right opposite where I go for WI, so will be in there much more often from now on
for me it's another green, fine so far, but then it is only day 2!
big test later on though - I've got to bake some cakes for school football fesitval thing. I love cake. Think it's probably best not to have any (not even a small sinned bit) cos once I start I won't stop!0 -
I am cause I know even a few weeks ago I would have bought a big white baguette filled with egg mayo (full fat) and a packet of crisps at the very least! And I've stillgot all my fruit and yogs to eat too as I've been in and out of meetings all day so haven't had time!

Lunch tomato and herb mug shot and 2 plumbs.and 2 green tea's
Changed my mind lol
Dinner will be: minced quorn with red pepper, onion, baby tomatoes, tin of chili beans all thrown in a pan with a chicken stock cube 2 sins, with butternut squash and mashed potato's and enough to keep for later this week, green tea
will have some defrosted summer fruits and a muller light for sweet.

Thought I would contribute a nice recipe from my collection, . Syn free on a red day
Ingredients- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 clove garlic, large, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes, or chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 30 ml lemon juice, (1 small lemon)
- 4 tablespoon water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 serving pepper, black, ground
- Heat the oven to 180°C. Place the chicken in a shallow ovenproof dish which has been sprayed with Frylight.
- Mix together the garlic, chilli, oregano, lemon juice and water.
- Spoon over the chicken making sure it is well coated. Cover the top loosely with foil to protect the flesh from drying out.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, basting once or twice during cooking. Remove the foil and brown the chicken for the last 5 minutes.

bumpybecky - they are the Morisons Eat Smart pork sausages (chilled only - the frozen version aren't free
) £1.55 a pack of 8 IIRC. They are very nice and yes only free on red (no meat is free on green) but very versatile! :j

hi all!
Have decided, along with a couple of luvverly DFW friends to start on SW. I lost 4.5 stone in 2004 but have put it all back on, plus another 1.5 stone. Whoops. I need to lose a lot more than that though!
Anyway, I've decided as I have the books and some magazines i'm going to go it alone - well, I'm not going to go to the classes, I'm going to do it with my DFW/MSE friends.
What I am looking for though, is a free weight progress chart of some kind. I know I've seen one before many moons ago. The chart on SW online was one of my favourite things so I'd like to try to find something to replicate it - for free though"Stay Wonky":D
