    Failed to get on here for last 2 days thought it was the site then found out my computer decided to block it angry-smiley-030.gif

    Well WI this morning 1.5lb off ( so thats 1 and a half blobs floating up to the mother ship). Was hoping for 2 as I am now only 0.5lb of a 1 and a half stone loss speechless-smiley-040.gif.

    Knocked me a bit and had a macdonalds, medium deli sandwich meal and plain cheese burger :o. SO BAD!

    Back on plan tomorrow!

    Planning red,
    Porridge, milk and banana (HEB and HEA)
    Ham salad roll (HEB) and 3 light baby bel (HEA)
    Duck and cherry sauce from SW mag 2 sins with lots of free veg

    Will let you know how recipe goes.

    welshnutta :naughty: , you,d just loss 1.5lb , thats a good steady loss and what do you do , mcdeli sandwich meal and then a plain cheese burger :doh: :shocked: , come on welshnutta , you don't want to put it back on and more , just think about all the hard work you have put in and what your feel like if you, put on . I'm not try to upset you but help you hun and when i'm naughty please kick me up the bum too , peachy x

    Morning all.
    Well done everyone, lets keep going!!

    My meal plan for the day.

    Breakfast- Yoghurt, and fruit salad-Free

    Dinner- Beans on toast -Hob

    Tea- Quorn Sausage,,bacon (hob), eggs,beans, thinly sliced potatoes fried in fry light,musrooms,tomatoes.

    Supper- Muesil (Syns 4.5) and banana-Milk (hoa)-This is my favourite supper at the minute, it really fills you up and the banana makes it taste so sweet!!

    Snacks- Fruit, Cottage cheese and veg sticks,Yoghurts.

    So hopefully only 4.5 syns for the day, iv not had many syns this week at all, dont seem to need them at the minute, im getting full quicker and not craving anything. Apart from wine but im not having any this week to see if it improves my weight loss, as i have included wine each week in my meal plans and still loss but want to see if it does effect the amount i loss.

    My menu for today (green)

    Breakfast, scrambled egg on toast (HEB)
    Lunch, Batchelors pasta & sauce, Muller Light
    Dinner, Leek and bacon bake, (HEB) Optifit yoghurt

    Snacks, fruit and maybe a mugshot later

    I've blown my syns on wine the past couple of days, so might forgoe the wine tonight and have some chocolate :D

    Bacon and eggs for brekkie
    Leftover sausage casserole for lunch (3syns)
    Dinner at Mum & Dads tonight so fish and veg probably.

  • Morning all,
    I tried a dried rice packet from asda of paella, checked on the website & its 2&half syns, but i added my HEb prawns to it & 2 chopped up quorn fillets & it was YUMMY :D think the packet was about 40p & made a lovel quick dinner.
    Gonna try the quorn curry from last months mag tonight b4 i go to work. Looked really yummy & my freezer is FULL of quorn fillets at the mo due to them being half price in sainsburys!
    Well done everyone on their losses!!
